IncoNeon is not a tax agent for its clients. Thus while working on international financial markets clients should annually declare their profits independently (Tax Declaration for Private Persons) and report to tax agencies according to the legislation of the country of his/her citizenship.

Tax-payer’s income includes:
1.    the sum of variation margin that tax-payer is to get in the current period;
2.    other sums that tax-payer is to get in the current period.

Tax is paid only for taxable basis - income less expenditures.

Tax-payer’s expenditures include:
1.    the sum of variation margin that tax-payer is to get in the current period;
2.    other sums that tax-payer is to get in the current period and connected with financial transactions on the financial market.
