The tournament is opened up both to new and  current customers of the company IncoNeon,  who trade through  the trading terminals of the company (IN Trader, IN Multiterminal, In Mobile или IN Multiterminal) .
To become a participant of the tournament, it is necessary to open real account in Inconeon. You can register to the tournament on the REGISTER page . In the registration form you should specify your nickname, your nickname will be shown in a winner statement.  When you submit an application you should specify your real Name and Surname without any abbreviations.  The information, specified in the registration, will be compared with your Identity document.
Registration for a  tournament starts on the 15th day of the month before the tournament month and ends on the 15th day of the Tournament month.
Attention: The participant is allowed to have only one account. If not, the participant will be disqualified.

2. Trading period of the Tournament.

The tournament is held for a month. The real trading account, which was opened in the company IncoNeon, can enter the tournament on the first trading day of the month at 00:00 GMT+2 time  and is fixed on the last day of the month at 23:59 Moscow Time. At that moment initial and final equity( balance + open positions) is fixed. 

3. Trading account in the Tournament.

In order to take prize money in the Royal tournament, the participant must have a deposit of at least $500 (without any credits and bonuses) at the beginning of the tournament. Participants are allowed to withdraw money from their accounts during the Tournament, until the deposit on  your account is less than 500$. If the deposit becomes less than 500$, the participant will be disqualified.  If the participant didn’t withdraw the money, but  his account is less than 500$, the participant will not be disqualified. But in this case every additional payment on the account must increase your equity  thus making your equity of more that 500 $.
If the participant withdraws from an account or place to account, the total profitability is calculated in the following way: the profitability before payment/ withdrawal  +(plus) profitability after payment/ withdrawal . After payment/ withdrawal,    calculation begins from the sum, which is left after this operation.

4. Definition of the winners.

Every month three traders with the highest profit percentage are announced as winners. Percentage profit is a ratio of the equity at the end of the Tournament to equity at the beginning of the Tournament. It is not obligatory to close positions before the joining the tournament and before its end. In the event of payment/ withdrawal  of the money the percentage profit before and after that operation will be summed up.  If during the tournament the participant didn’t open any positions, he will be disqualified.
Attention: there is no limit of your prize money withdrawal!

5.  Incentives.

The company IncoNeon gives an incentive to the participant for payment of money ( 30% from the total amount of additional payment at the end of tournament in the event of taking one of the first three places, but not more than 1000$), and also  IncoNeon gives an incentive for trade turnover ( 10$ from one lot at the end of tournament  in the event of taking one of the first three places, but not more than 1000$)

6. Consolation prize.

At the end of every tournament trader with the highest loss percentage will be restored his initial balance. Payment/ withdrawal  of the money during tournament is also calculated. So it can be a way out of the situation -100%. Statement of the participant with the highest loss percentage is also announced together with statements of winners.

7. Information disclosure.

In order to take part in the tournament, traders must allow Inconeon to publish their trading statements during a tournament or after it. In this case your real name will be replaced with your nickname.

8. Communication delay.

The company IncoNeon does not bear responsibility for any delays of orders acceptance and transfer during trading break, errors of transfer or communication, as well as for any other delays which are a direct consequence of force majeure circumstances.

9. Rights of  The Inconeon.

The tournament rules were created to provide traders with equal opportunity to succeed.
The Inconeon has a rights to correct or add rules, when it is in interest of  participants of a tournament. All the corrections and additions will be announced in the  topic.
Frauds  in accounts are forbidden, particularly lock positions on different accounts. In this case the participant will be disqualified.The Inconeon can disqualify any participant, who violates the rules.

10. Conclusion.

In conclusion we want to specify some information:
Technically, the rule concerns only prohibition of taking part in the tournament in the event of withdrawal of the money, which leads to deposit of  less than 500$. 

Everything, that is not specified in the rules, is allowed.

In the tournament a credit of 25 % (programme of the company IncoNeon) is not calculated  as profit and when calculating  profitability percentage it is calculated as a sum, contained in the initial equity.
Balance updates every two hours, starting from the midnight, on the  web site in the section “ Participants  and results”.
Instruments for the trading – all the instruments of the trading terminals of the company IncoNeon((IN Trader, IN Multiterminal, In Mobile или IN Multiterminal).

It is not obligatory to close open positions before the beginning of the tournament and after it.
Mega lots are not used in tournaments, because maximal lots are restricted by the rules of the partner company Inconeon. Stop out- 70%.
The winners will be announced the next day after the reporting day.

Attention! From the  April 2010 (from the second quarter of a year) all the participants of the tournament will be examined for effectiveness and regular participation in the tournament. In the event of taking part in the Royal participation  for 3 months running ( quarter) , his profit percentage will be  taken into account.  At the end of a quarter profit percentage is fixed and we choose the most active trader of a quarter. The sum of total profitability enters  in his account and doubles. The first sizing up will take place early in July 2010.
