General clauses
• Client’s funds cannot be withdrawn and account be filled up by third persons.
• In case the Client fails to follow the rules of funds remittance the Company is entitled to return funds and deduct commission.
Web Money
• Name of the WM-purse and account owners must coincide.
• Information about WM-purse owner must be available for checking. You may specify payment details in the Personal Area.
• Payments via WM can be carried out only in Personal Area. Direct transmission to the official purse of the Company is prohibited.
Bank wire
• Company considers applications for withdrawal only if bank details were registred in the Personal Area in advance.
• To withdraw funds Client must provide the Company with personal and bank details for checking.
• In case of using bank wire for withdrawing funds from the trading account, The Company recommend you to have a signed original of the Customer Agreement* as bank may require this document for confirmation.
Liberty Reserve
• Name of the Liberty purse and account owners must coincide.
• Payments via Liberty can be carried out only in Personal Area. Direct transmission to the official purse of the Company is prohibited.
* To get the original of the Customer Agreement:
1. In your Personal Area (page "Managing trading accounts") open the data of the account that you will use to withdraw funds.
2. Click on the account number.
3. Download the Customer Agreement.
4. Print it, sign and send to the address: Moscow region, Barvikha, PO Box 1170.
5. After the Agreement is signed by the represantative of the Company your copy will be sent to you.
