I forgot login/password. What should I do?

I have registered in the Personal Area, but have not received the notice by e-mail. What could have happened?

I forgot login/password. What should I do?
On the registration page push the button “Forgot password?” and you will automatically get a message on the e-mail you specified at the registration. You can also contact operator of the company to renew your password – in this case you should tell him/her your identification data.

I have registered in the Personal Area, but have not received the notice by e-mail. What could have happened?
Probably, the spam-filter has accepted the letter-notice for a spam-letter. Also it is necessary to check up settings of filtering of letters in the mail client.
If at registration you have used e-mail received from a free service, we do not guarantee delivery of letters in such services. Whenever possible use e-mail which you have received from the provider.
In any case you can enter into your Personal Area immediately after registration and ask for another letter-notice in the special form.

What documents I need to provide to open the account?
Procedure of opening the account is simple – you just register in the Personal Area specifying Name, Surname, telephone and e-mail. After that you can start working with PA and your account. You will need to provide documents to fill up the account and withdraw funds via bank wire. In this case you will be asked to send scan of your identification documents.

How can I change the e-mail?
In your Personal Area you can find a function “Change e-mail” – you should enter new e-mail in the special form and after that you will get two letters-notice: on your previous and new e-mail. After confirming e-mail change you can use it to log in your PA. 

How many demo-accounts may I open in my PA?
The number of demo-account is unlimited, but each account has a validity term – 90 days from the moment of registration. When this term terminates your demo-account automatically closes.

How can I change currency of the deposit?
Currency of the deposit cannot be changed.
