How can I fill up the account?

- Web Money – electronic payment system. After transferring your funds will be on the account within 10-15 minutes.
- Bank wire – all necessary details are specified in your PA.
How funds are withdrawn from the account?
Main types of payment:
- Web Money – electronic payment system. All the applications for withdrawing funds via WM are considered in turn.
- In case of withdrawing funds via bank wire the bank details you specified are firstly checked and only then money are transferred to the bank account.
You can withdraw funds only on the purses/accounts you specified in PA in advance.
Can I withdraw funds having open positions?
You may withdraw funds when you have open positions. But we advise you to transfer the sum not more than is indicated as “free” in the terminal or the system may quickly close your position according to stop-out.
What is the amount of fees for replenishment/withdrawal from my account?
The company does not collect payments for replenishment. A client pays fees to that system or bank he (she) uses for carrying out the operations on replenishment/withdrawal from the account.
Can I transfer funds from one account to another?
Such transfer is possible only to the accounts of the client. No remittance to the accounts of third persons is carried out. You can apply for the remittance in your Personal Area. If currencies on the accounts differ funds are converted according to Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of remittance.
How long should I wait for funds after sending an application for withdrawal?
Applications are considered in turn. Usually it takes 1-2 work days.
