Partnership policy

Partnership policy is a set of principals and rules that regulate cooperation with the company and define company’s actions towards its partners.

Partnership policy provides long-term, stable and firm relationship between the company and its partners.

IncoNeon follows such principals cooperating with the Partners:

• High requirements to itself and Partners: Company and Partner develop together supporting each other.
• Striving for mutual benefit: Company and Partner are interested in mutual welfare for achieving financial and reputational success.
• Open informational policy: Company provides Partner with all the information necessary for his full-fledged work and gets feedback.
• Concernment in long-term relationship: Joint success is a token for stable cooperation.
• Loyalty: Company encourages you wish to work or just earn extra money. 
• Trust: Company and Partner are one team. 

IncoNeon:

• Informs Partners about any changes in services in advance
• Takes stock of all the clients attracted by the Partner
• Each month pays Partner his fee
• Engages Partner in participating in new projects and services
• Provides all the Partners with equal conditions of work and development
• Considers claims of the Partner and solve problems as quickly as possible

Attention!
Company is entitled to:

• Refuse of cooperation with the Partner whose actions break conditions of Partnership Agreement, principals and rules of the Partnership policy.
• Inquire and get a report about Partner’s work

Partner of IncoNeon:

• Works actively to attract clients to company’s services
• Supports favourable image of the Company
• Provides clients with full and proper information about Company’s services
• Takes part in discussions directing at improvement of services

Partner of IncoNeon is entitled to:

• Each month get a report about transactions of attracted clients
• Get fee for all the attracted clients
• Get and use provided ad information
• Consult with specialists of the Company about business, ad policy and technical matters

Partner of IncoNeon IS NOT entitled to:

• Carry out transactions on clients’ accounts without their written permission
• Attract clients of another Partner or direct clients of the Company on purpose
• Artificially increase the number of transactions on clients’ accounts
• Badly influence image and reputation of the Company
• Get any payments, securities or other property from clients without contract with the Company that permit such actions
• Disclose confidential information got from the Company
